I think DGM cover UK/AU/NZ. There are plenty who cover CA/USA. Zanox are promoting themselves as the 'global' affiliate network, it might be worth getting in touch to see what they can do.
A couple of other options might be:
1. Find an agency who cover all of these areas & would be willing to handle the billing.
2. Hire someone just to manage those relationships - it may be cheaper than a project to shift all of your campaigns (the time, effort, and affiliates you'd risk losing by doing so).
There are global networks that cover those territories. However, each network has its own strengths and weaknesses and has a stronge presence in some territories than others, therefore the best course of action needs to be strategised so your business gets the most possible leads.

Great post thanks.
I'm actually looking to try and get to grips with affiliate marketing, but I can see that the extra paperwork might be a hastle. In your opinions do the benefits outweigh the rewards?

Hi
our ecommerce business operates in UK, US, CA, AU and NZ.
As a result we currently have 5 affiliate platforms (2 x linkshare (US/CA), 2 AU platforms and 1 NZ platform)
therefore 5 times as much paperwork, billing, auditing, emails, account managers, tracking and headaches. Its just a pain.
Are there any platforms that support all of these markets, ideally with one billing currency, one invoice. one tracking link and one account contact?
cheers
