Hi all.
I need to know the following, if anyone can help.
1. Are there any legal issues in the UK regarding using analytics to see which IPs have viewed which pages, then marketing these companies?
2. If not, which vendors/solutions have the best automation of reporting, and highest accuracy of IP data?
many thanks

Hi Matt, I think I can help. Nedstat's application tracks cookies, JavaScript tags and IP addresses. There is no legal issue with having this and we even use this information to find out which companies have looked at our website. It's a great lead generator tool as well as providing all the necessary information on funnel/click paths and segmentation capability for better ROI on your activities. Would you like to discuss this further?
