Hi there

Please could anyone suggest any vendors of customer review technology for an ecommerce retail website? I've looked at Bazaarvoice but i've not found any others?

Hi Nick

BazaarVoice are the obvious ones but there are a few others. For example, PowerReviews have a UK office.

Hi Nick,

Our Customer Service Buyer's Guide is split into two halves, one of which is "Understanding" -

Tools (generally online survey or customer feedback technology) which enable organisations to learn about the customer experience and create improvements for the future.

There's a few interesting companies in there who may be able to provide alternative customer review options.

We, at Feefo, provide independent reviews. The service is cheap and very effective.
