Hi all, looking for some advice! Currently manage a multi-lingual platform selling product to overseas customers whereby we have fulfilment houses in each overseas market - this is obviously hard to manage and therefore I want to centralise but:
- has anyone done this or does anyone deliver internationally through say DHL, FedEx etc? Am not big enough to go through a large fulfilment solution company.
- if so, what is delivery rate like, do you receive lots of complaints or not - in some markets eg Spain, there are real postal issues, how do you overcome that?
Would really appreciate insights!
Thanks in advance

Hi Vickie,
There are consolidators such as parcelbroker.co.uk who ship globally and they get deals with Fedex, UPS, DHL etc and are therefore able to pass on discounted rates to SMEs. In terms of managing issues and complaints etc, they have direct contacts with the couriers and fulfillment companies and are therefore able to deal with issues on your behalf and are one point of contact for you rather than you having to deal directly with multiple couriers.
As far as Spain is concerned, I'm not aware of any recurring issues with regards to delivery.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
