    Hello,

I'm exploring how we as a business can use LinkedIn to build on our professional relationships and develop a better dialogue with our corporate customers.

Has anyone seen or been involved in the development of a coporate policy for LinkedIN or have some dos and don't we should be looking at?

    So far I have:

-make sure that the sales team are hiding their coorporate contacts as this just provides a list for the competition to use

-complete the profile for the company's linkedIn entry

Other ideas or avenues of research would be welcome.

    Thanks

You can link some of your other social media to your LinkedIN profile, very useful.

    John,

Thanks for your note as well. Dilemna I face is which Twitter feed to use as these are set up along product lines.  So I'll continue to procrastinate about this one for a while!

    Hi John,

This isn't something I've done, but in theory it should be possible...You could try using a tool like twitterfeed to combine the output of all your twitter accounts into one - and then feed that into your linkedin pages....

Alternatively you could tell which parts of the business should have which twitter linked up.

If you've got a blog I'd suggest adding that too.

    Also you should try:

    • Getting team members to join and participate in relevant groups
    • Create event listings for any events you're running
    • Check the "answers" section regularly to see if there are any queries relevant to you
    • If you have a slideshare account link that in

    Hope that helps

    Chloe
