    Hi

    I need to find out information about internet returns similar to distant selling act in the UK and best practice for Ecommerce returns policy for France, Germany and the Netherlands.

    Other than translating websites returns policys does anyone know a good resource for Best Practice / Legality in Europe esp the fore  mentioned countries.

    Jez I just joined today and saw this message. I am sure we have done this for clients in the past by working with their lawyers in other countries.

    We can do all this work for you. You can also look at some policies out there to get an idea and cutomise it. There should be plenty of examples there. My email address if I can help further

    Thanks Shawn, it's more what other people are doing rather than letter of the law at the moment. Think best practice rather than legals.Too early stage to commit budget.

    Have bookmarked your site though incase we need the legal translations at a later date.
