    hi, Jay, how's life?

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but one thing we do is use a different phone number on the website for each source.

this would give you an idea of how many phone calls your PPC campaigns generate.

    Hope that's useful!

    Hi Jay

Depending on what sector you are in, you may be able to use a scheme of 'promotional codes' to track conversions? (you probably have already thought about this).

    Kind Regards

Actually check out www.keymetric.com. They provide way more information than clickpath or voicestar. They track all offline and online conversions, including phone calls back to the actual keyword AND search term so you can see what searchers used to query to get to your site and convert. They have a ton of other tools as well.

    Hi Jay,

Sorry if this is delayed, but we provide a service called CallTrackID http://www.freshegg.com/call-track-id.htm that fires offline telephone conversion data into Google Analytics.

If you call, ask for me and I'll talk you through it.
