Hi,
Our company sells online both directly to customers and wholesale to retailers.
So, at the moment, our direct sales website competes for sales with the retailers websites.
Some of the retailers have copied our Google ads by also writing "Official Site" in the ad copy. I feel that this is wrong and misleading the customer, but is there any legal way of stopping them?
A quiet word doesn't seem to have achieved anything.
Any advice appreciated
