    we used the elfyourself... brilliant...

    first job is to look at your target market and what's going to buzz their tower... then ask 10 of your target what they would forward to a friend...

    basically it needs to be fun... very easy to join in... and requiring nothing from anyone... so nobody feels you are taking a slice of them and forwards in good faith in the knowledge that their friends are going to be please to receive it

    a branding exercise rather than a direct sales mission

    can't be done in a rush...
