Has anyone any insight into the "best" A/B service/package providers? I'm looking for something that can be integrated into e-commerce websites?

Or should we build our own?

    Hi Roger,

I think reading your message you are looking for software to work with your website to do A/B testing? If this is the case then I'm affraid we cannot help on this occassion.

However, if you are looking for "live" Usability Testing, i.e. in a "lab" environment, then we can certainly help.  We have provided lab testing using real people to check websites for the likes of Figleaves, The White Company, Marks & Spencer, banks, telecoms companies, local authorities and others.

If you think we can help, please let me know.

    Regards

    Hi Roger,

There area few options out there depending on how deep into the site you want to do the testing.

Google launched their own Page Optimiser service last year, but it look like it's still in beta testing and they're being ver slow about apprving new accounts.

Ian Jindal talked about using Touch Clarity when he spoke about this subject at the masterclass last year.

If you're just looking at landing pages rather than content within the site itself then Offermatica is popular and easy to get set up.

    Hope that's a help

    Hi Roger,

I read your posting with interest.

I am Director at Maxymiser which is the only European based company to provide A/B and Multivariate testing at present. I would be more than happy to help you through what you should be looking out for with an A/B or Multivariate testing tool.

There are a number of US based companies for you to look at, and Google has launched its WebOptimiser tool which might be worth a look too.

    Kind regards
