I saw the following quote in the Torygraph the other day:
"In the US, there is a new internet proverb: 'Starting an e-commerce site without a proper strategy is like entering a greyhound race with a beagle strapped to a rocket - you get a good head start but things kinda get messy as you hit the first corner.'"
