    Gud Luck for the new business... :)

    I would advice to advertise in SEO blogs, forums & other sites where SEO resources & tools are available... these are the main areas where most of the SEO guys go regularly... Advertising in classifieds is also a good thing to do...

    Here some tips for you Lee.

    1. Experienced Int'l SEO Professionals : If you want reach some international SEO professionals who ready relocate to Dubai, I would say to go to SEMPO(Search Engine Maketing Professional Organization www.SEMPO.ORG), www.SearcthEngineJournal.com  and http://www.seomoz.org/marketplace and Post your Job ad.
    2. Regional SEO Professionals: If you are looking for really experienced professional SEO's I think you should invest your time in professional networking sites like Linkedin.com, Konnects.com etc... Then try to a search with some SEO Job related keywords and select location preference to local(UAE). You can find the proffesionals around you.
    3. SEO Executives: If you are looking for SEO executives, beginner level SEO you can hire some on from regional online recruitment agencies like www.Bayt.com,www.naukrigulf.com etc...

    Again its up to you and your requirement.
