if you are looking for a small project you should try Zamano (www.zamano.com) or perhaps PrimeMessage in the states (www.primemessage.com).

If the project has a need for more commercial robustness I would recommend either Mblox (www.mblox.com) or GoLive! Mobile (www.golivemobile.com).

I think the above 4 companies are the best in their respective classes.

    Thanks,

I agree with "J." CellTrust Mobile Messaging (www.celltrust.com) formerly known as PrimeMessage in the states (www.primemessage.com) is a premier SMS/Text Messaging Aggregator. CellTrust mobile solutions and technologies can be used in a wide range of applications, from enterprise applications, content management systems or to add mobile as a channel to an existing website regardless of the technology you are currently using.

I used their API's and examples and got up and running within minutes.
