Hi,

I'm looking for some stats to show that on average, orders placed online have a higher volume or value than orders placed via the telephone if exactly the same product catalogue is available on both.

I've looked in the E-Commerce reports on E-Consultancy and tried some general internet searches but don't seem to be able to find it.
