Can anyone recommend some good sources for case studies or best practice for developing online/digital channels and propositions across the B2B sector? The sorts of areas I am thinking of are:

- user experience design for B2B users

- best practice application of online marketing channels and techniques across B2B (display, search, affiliates, email)

- supporting online service propositions through online

- creating B2B sales leads through online

- use of social media and user generated content within B2B sector

It is quite clever in that it looks at how you can convert more of your existing site visitors as opposed to spending more money to get new visitors in!!
