Hi all,
I have been asked by our customer services team to research current guidelines / rules / best practice on marketing permissions questions.
i.e. when a customer calls up, should we be asking the question "would you like to receive marketing communications from us?" and then unsubscribing them if they say "no" - or is it OK / best practice to just not ask the question?
thanks for your help!
