I am looking for a business case or model that describes roi measurement for a call center project. can anyone direct me to such data?

I'd turn to crmguru.com to pursue this. You'll probably need to register but:
1. You can search their archives at http://www.crmguru.com/content/index.html - I did a quick search on "call AND center AND ROI" and got 46 results.
2. You could ask your question on one of their e-mail lists. It goes out to 35,000 people or so, and the quality of answers is very good.
Obviously there is a CRM slant but that's pretty fundamental to call centers.
Interested to hear what you come up with...

thanks ashley for the info. i have already got a roi calculator model on a spreadsheet which has been developed by bruce silvers and lucent technologies which seemed to be quite a comprehensive one. i'll contactcrmguru and keep u posted of the developments
