Very good article, email marketing is a dominant trend right now.  It seems so much less invasive because people are more receptive to an email than paper mail or a phone call.  Other than the cost of setting up the autoresponder series and possibly hiring a copywriter the overhead is basically nothing.  What could be better than that?
