Can any suggest me the best and the most customizable CRM solution available in the market, I need a professional solution not an open source?

A bit unfair perhaps, Redhat is opensource and the market leader in its field.
what you should try to avoid is software that is technically opensource (good) and amateur maintained (bad)
Sugarcrm is professionally maintained (good), but technically opensource (good)
I would look into it.
cheers

I would agree with the comments above regarding EnterpriseWizard. Our team has been providing both web based CRM and web based issue tracking solutions since 2001 using the EnterpriseWizard products. You can't go wrong.
