Does anyone know how I can get a graduate fulltime or parttime position as an interaction designer

Hi, I am due to finish my MSc Interaction design in September. I would like to start a career in this area. But I found in the job market that all user experience and interaction design companies only look for experienced candidates. Where can a graduate start off career if this is the situation? Can anyone help?
