EASTPOINT (public-EAST B- www.ngm.se ) daughter company GETUPDATED headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden said Thursday that it had agreed to buy eTrafficJams, a renowned USA Florida based Search Engine Optimization company that helps websites with Internet marketing, as EASTPOINT (GETUPDATED) tries to grab a bigger share of the booming global market in Internet Advertisement.
The deal would be EASTPOINT (GETUPDATED) first major SEO acquisition in the United States with plans of continuing expansion.News Link
