I am running a training session on email etiquette and wonder if anyone has any examples of good and bad emails to use in practical exercises? I would be grateful for any materials you are willing to share.

is your learning curve, this learning curve?
because if it is i'll trade you some learing on email marketing, etiquette for some facts for our website www.onthisdayinhistory.co.uk
my business is www.liaiseonline.co.uk, and we've been involved in email since the last century, old timers in these 'ere technology fields... and have we seen some blunders, oh my goodness!
anyway, we used to do a daily email around onthisday and our pages still get around 10,000 visitors a month... but we haven't the resource to stock up on history and keep the momentum, what with building our www.businessinberkshire.co.uk world.
In fact, could you tell us if we've got this story right... my journalist wrote about St George recently but a friend reconned he was a Moor... your feedback is most welcome...
