     I'm shopping around for an e-mail marketing solution (ASP) that is particularly strong on...

    1. Workflow - To allow non-technical people (who are often very busy) to create and send email easily and quickly. Multiple marketing managers to access specific templates and targets

    2. Templates - Not only for design but also email templates that pre-populate the reply-to email address, subject line and body.

    3. Targetting - A single subscriber base with the ability to target people who have opted for specific information at sign-up -- the sign up for would ask for name, email address and checkboxes for up to 9 mailing lists

    4. Reporting - Stats for total number of subscribers, new subscribers, email campaigns and actual shots. Filtered by a date range as well as specific mailing lists.

    Any ideas much appreicated.

    We can help you with all of this, we have a campaign wizard which is a step-by-step process for setting up a campaign using a library of templates. Our software has a web interface which enables multiple marketing staff to access the solution quickly and easily and it is designed with non-technical users in mind.  CommuniGator has a built in preference engine and group builder functionality allowing you to select an audience based on previously expressed preferences.  The reporting and analysis side is very comprehensive.
