Unfortunately I had never heard of Glass House Randa; from their website and snooping through some of their articles they seem to be a reputable firm, although its hard to tell in this day and age!
Also, I wouldn't simply focus on SEO as stated, you will need to analyse both PPC and SEO priority to see what suits your business. Usually a combination of the two can be beneficial, depending on your industry. Although you do usually receive a lot more traffic from a top organic listing as opposed to a paid search listing in online marketing. It is still definately worth exploring the PPC route; even if it is for the additional exposure you will receive.

Indeed. It's worth looking into the combination of Organic SEO and PPC too.
