One thing that did bother me was the advisement of "borrowing" copy from other websites and "re-writing it" to make it your own,  Ahem.

My gut feel was "cut my losses NOW".

And I did.

And it appears that as of January 18, 2007, nothing much has changed with Web Marketing Concepts.

Trying to market an internet website promotion tool that leads you into a black hole.......how sad.

Also, according to Google you only have 2 sites linking to you, so the link building isn't going very well either.

Whatever your online marketing company are doing does not seem to me to be working. This all looks a bit odd -- good luck - I think you'll need it.
