    Hi

I'm looking for an online chat solution/software to embed into a website - preferably a hosted solution.

    Features would ideally include:

    • No additional installation of software required by customer
    • Ability to moderate posts
    • Chat logging/transcripts
    • Ability to search previous chat transcripts
    • Ability to skin
    • Possibility of additional rooms
Any suggestions of suitable companies or general pointers would be very helpful.

    Thanks

    James

It's worth looking at E-consultancy's 2007 Online Customer Service Buyer's Guide.
