I haven't received any official word yet but I think Google is going to start making AdSense payments in a range of currencies shortly.
My control panel today has some small changes in it - notably annotating all dollar amounts as USD, and including a useful CPM figure: CPM is the revenue per thousand impressions and serves as a useful way of comparing various revenue generating programmes I run.
Multi-currency payment would be a real benefit and I was reminded of this when I went to my bank yesterday to pay in a Google cheque and got stung by the £8 presentation charge - again - and then there is the small matter of exchange rates too.
It's certainly time Google stopped treating any country outside the US as a side show but it is in line with the way many US corporations think.
Now remind me again which countries are included in the "World Series" baseball matches.
