Recently one of my friends wanted to advertidse on the internet.I know there is PPC,but I believe that this is subjected to a lot of fraud.For each click you nedc toshell out $$
Is there any application that prevents fraudulent clickin.I mean when users click on the adt the aplication shud lock the IP and next time when he comes they shud not be alowed

What you can be absolutely assured of is that the major search engines are working hard to eliminate it and it is such a significant threat to their whole business model that they can't afford not to take it seriously.
Secondly, ask any shopkeeper and they will likely tell you that they accept some degree of theft as an unfortunate reality and simply build it into their prices. In the same way, you should always work out your bid prices on data that you gain from running real campaigns - whilst it is frustrating to think that some of the cost is wasted (assuming that click fraud is real), you can still run campaigns at a decent ROI if you get everything else right.

me too came to know about tybit..it has some striking features like it avoids ppc frauds,displaying fresh contents,search with location....
