Could anyone recommend a b2b affiliate marketing company to work with. We are a fuelcard company with a strong web presence and would like to start a affiliate marketing campaign. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Finding the right affiliate network can be a mine field and time consuming.
I currently use an affiliate network for some b2b clients and find them very good. However, different networks do specialise in certain fields, so you need to find the right one, which I could help you with.
Please give me a call (see profile for contact details) if you would like to take this further.
