Hi,
we are busy preparing our next email campaign and I was wondering if there was such a site that would allow us to see how our campaign will appear in different esp's? So how will it look in Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL and outlook etc.
Many thanks in advance

hi, Sally, how are you?
here's a few:
- site vista
- edesign optimiser
- sender score monitor
- email advisor
If you're going for a 'no budget' approach, it's quite easy to sign up for the various free email systems (hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc) & check for yourself. As a best practice extra, you've probably noticed many companies include a 'view this email on the web if it isn't displaying correctly' type link at the very top of their emails.
I hope this helps,
daniel
Incidentally - I remember giving you a ton of advice a while back & receiving no response ( generating traffic to a site ). was it any use? did you use any of it? whether you did or not - what has been effective for you in improving things?

Hi Sally,
As Daniel suggests, you can sign up for all webmail accounts including AOL free of charge and is a good way of testing, and recommended. Also depending upon the software you are using, the higher end ones especially, provide a service that includes checking against about 12 or so of the most popular email clients.
Hope this helps,
Paul
