Hi,
Does anyone have any experience of applying the the principles of LEAN thinking to the web design / development life-cycle? Alternatively have you come across any organizations that have taken this approach?
Many thanks

I ran a LEAN valuestream in Barclays for their online banking customer journey. What do you need to know - maybe I can help? - Adrian

We're a web/interactive/design/brand consultancy (www.iedesign.co.uk) that operates on Lean principles - our main value stream is website delivery, and we run Kaizen Events based on the rocks identified in this process. Applying Lean principles in this setting has made a huge difference for us in terms of delivery time, quality, client and employee satisfaction. What specifically would you like to know about the process?
