    Which ones do you feel we are missing? (NOTE: I assume you have read my post from yesterday pointing to our latest E-mail Marketing Buyers Guide and are not still referring to the list at the beginning of this read which is almost 5 years old?)

    To answer your question, it's a combination of things: we have the previous year's companies; we talk to people in the industry; we refer to other directories and publications; and we have our own criteria for who we then include from a long list.
