Out of interest where do you gather your research from as you've missed a few of the main players off. Where did you first look to find these out?

Email Bureau at IPT - We are considered industry experts by the New Media press, providing quarterly UK "Industry Trend Reports" for Revolution magazine to enable marketers in different industries to benchmark themselves. We also supply Mad.co.uk with their Email of the Week review. We are the authors of the acclaimed "Big Book of Email Marketing", a UK focused handbook for email marketers from the novice to the experienced marketer.

To answer your question, it's a combination of things: we have the previous year's companies; we talk to people in the industry; we refer to other directories and publications; and we have our own criteria for who we then include from a long list.
