    Hi Ashley,

We'd be grateful if you would consider including Net-Merit in your report (www.net-merit.net). We can provide you with a free-trail if that will help with your assessment - just let me know:

We would fall within the £200-£4k bracket!

    Thanks
    Claire

Check out www.bizviz.info. Interesting new player with an emphasis on passive visitor identification and profiling.

    Ashley -

Don't forget NetGenesis (www.netgen.com) - now part of SPSS. One of the earliest serious players in the market, and still quite widely used. Fits in your "high end" category.

Yes, CustomerCentric Solutions as they're now called... http://www.customercentricsolutions.com/

I shouldn't have forgotten them as I remember being (reasonably fairly) taken apart in these forums by Max Blumberg who works (-ed?) for them - see http://www.e-consultancy.com/forum/923.management-information-click-stream-analysis-methods.html

Thanks for the reminder. I'll add them to the master list.

Hi Ashley, would just like to inform you of a website analytics system, eVisit Analyst. eVisit Analyst has been established for over a year and is used by organisations like Endsleigh Insurance, the University of Northumbria and Age Concern. It is targeted mainly towards mid-high end of the market but is also available at a lower cost (£29.95+) for websites with lower traffic volumes. There is a free trial available at www.evisitanalyst.com if you would like to try the product.

Hi, this may be too late but the Visual Insights product, eBizInsights, is a high end analytics tool worth adding to your market report. I'd be happy to provide product information, case studies, etc.

    Ashley,
Also don't miss Pilot HitList see either www.pilotsoftware.com or www.issel.co.uk.

Pilot Software was spun out of Accrue last June to create a new independent company focussing on ongoing development of the Pilot Business intelligence and HitList web analytics products.

There's a new entry level HitList Lite priced at £2,375 and full HitList starts at ca £7,000

Performance Drivers has a solution called LifeLine that is both easy to use and actionable. The difference in the approach is that it is not just a software solution, but their consultants work with you to understand performance based strategies and can provide custom reporting at low costs.

http://www.fromtopdown.com/ is a company that I am currently working with - after about four years of using WebTrends and one extremely unsuccessful year of trying to use the Visual Insights product.
