We are currently looking for a good payment provider that has a UK office and can accept payments in USD for payment into a US bank account.
Our client has a UK and US operation. For commerical reasons, the orders for the US operation need to have payment into a US bank account. The payment provider we use (Protx - and a number other we have asked) can not pay into a US based bank account - although they can accept USD.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks.

Hi - I have been looking into a new order processing service and so far I have found 2 good ones.... they are different in the way they process the sale so I will describe both:
E-onlinedata - you get a full merchant account - what's interesting is that they let resellers charge whatever they want, sofar this the best reseller I have found, the rate is significantly lower than going direct...

2Checkout - they "buy" your products and then sell them. So technically you sell your products or services to 2Checkout and then they in turn sell to the customer. They take 5.5% of each sale.

(note that these links do not benefit me in anyway)
Hope that helps!
