I'm looking for a hosted online chat solution I can plug into a website for a potentially (we always hope) popular series of online chat events.
The chat needs to be moderated and of course we want it to be as accessible as possible in terms of easy to use, no strange downloads required etc.
My online searches bring up Parachat which I have used before but I'd like a UK based solution to compare it with.
Does anyone have any recommendations for online chat solutions?
Does anyone have any warnings or advice in managing online chat events?
