Can anyone tell me if there is anything stopping me from sending mails to customers who abandon or have their orders declined?
Obviously I'd need to place a notice somewhere during the checkout process that this could occur as it would be classified as an opt out situation, I think?
I am trying to place more automation onto the site I am currently working on and wondered if having a script that would email people who had nearly completed their order would be of benefit.
Anyone know as to why I couldn't do this?
