Hi there.
Just wondered if anyone would care to give me a steer on what sort of centralised sytems you are using to manage advertising bookings for your online activity?
We have a number of slots from traditional banners/leaderboards/buttons to newsletter sponsor slots to premium "X of the Week" type positions which we manages using a random combination of 'not really made for this purpose" tools. (Not all ad slots are served through our ad serving software so this doesn't give us the overall view we need)
Just wondered if there was anything better out there....
Thanks in advance.

Hi Galya
We use Accipiter AdManager (www.accipiter.com) to target over 50 sites, all running with a large amount of inventory on them. Because we deal with big clients, it's imperitive we have a reliable system, with good technical support. Accipiter handles all creative we have encountered so far, apart from recently we have noticed certain overlays causing problems for us, meaning time consuming code checking and inconvenient time difference phone calls to technical support. (technical support based in North Carolina I think, but there is a sub office in London).
At the end of the day, there will be pros and cons with all ad serving solutions, I suppose it's just a case of weighing up what your priorities (and budget) are, and going for the closest match.
E-Consultancy are holding an "Ad creation and Serving Solutions" seminar on the 10th November (see the events page), perhaps it would be worth you going along and seeing whats on offer there.
All the best
Joni
