    I'm looking for a quote - and the source of the quote  - which goes along the lines of Marketers being in the business of entertaining. I suspect it was in relation to viral marketing or permission marketing.

    I'm looking for it to make a point about the quality of content in email newsletters.

    If anyone can help, I'll send them a mars bar.
