    FYI,
It is not easy to navigate through this site (http://www.globalpark.de/eng/) I was not able to find out how pricing information or features that they offer. I was there for 5 min and couldn't find registration form! At some point it game me pages in German! That’s when I just quit.

With http://www.StellarSurvey.com I was able to create a survey in just couple of minutes. I was able to easily find pricing and register. That’s how all the tools should be. Easy to use!

    Hope this helps.

Since everyone else is offering up their online survey tools for evaluation, I want to introduct you all to InstantSurvey. Just can't resist :)

InstantSurvey has been re-formatted to fit the low-end price sector of online survey tools yet provide significantly more functionality than other low priced tools (such as Zoomerang and SurveyMonkey) for those users who want to extend the limits of their survey research.  InstantSurvey is cheap and easy and enables users to create, distribute, manage, and analyze online surveys and develop sophisticated reports from the results.  It's all available with one tool starting at $29.95 per month.  We also have a team of experts available to handle technical support issues 24 * 7 and we are always willing to help you get started with your first survey project/s until you are absolutely comfortable with our tool.

Go to www.InstantSurvey.com to learn more or just contact me with any questions:

Does anyone know of a survey engine that has a nice looking excel format output?  Every site I've visited seems to use really bad formatting in their output files.

As far as value goes, I think Quia.com has a good survey generator.  That's what I use now.  It's much less expensive then most of the other options, and comes with a lot of other features that I've actually started to use frequently.

I still can't believe anyone pays $600/yr for survey software.  That is totally unbelievable to me.  Who signs up for that?

A great online survey tool is SurveyBob.com. It is easy to use, has a professional look and feel, and has some nice features that set it apart. For example, it not only provides a survey link to email or post on your site, but also generates html code to imbed the survey right on your site if you wish. It also has a slick built-in tool for distributing surveys and tracking the results. Perhaps best of all, it is 100% free for unlimited surveys, questions, and responses! Definitely worth taking for a spin - SurveyBob.com
