I am looking to compliment our current customer service operation with an outsourced solution that will not only answer customer and prospect queries, but who will also have the skills to up sell to prospects/customers that are at various stages of the conversion funnel. Whilst a UK based Multi-lingual operation would be preferable, I will also consider offshore.
Many thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris
don't underestimate the amount of calls you can reduce by the effective implementation of a web self service solution.
At www.flythomascook.com we not only reduced calls in the help desk but actually improved conversion by improving customers' confidence to book by providing a smart relevant answer at exactly the right time during the booking journey.

Hi
You can look up various solutions online that will help you automate your helpdesk activities. The important thing is to strike a balance between automated activities, selfhelp for your customers and live help. This will ensure that your high-value customers do not get caught in a web of automated instructions. Maybe you should also install some predictive software.
