Does anyone have any experience of outsourcing time-intensive administration overseas? Are there any resources or contacts that anyone would recommend?

Apologies if I was vague. Currently, I am looking to outsource some specific database management tasks. This will involve scanning a pre-determined list of sites and filling in details and writing descriptions.
In the coming few months, I'd also like to look into outsourcing other web research tasks, in addition to general report writing

I haven't used them myself, but have always heard very good words spoken of http://www.getfriday.com - they refer to themselves as an 'executive assistance' service.
