I've just started a small part time business (software and internet related) and I'm looking for someone to help me get it off the ground. I need some part time assistance from someone who has marketing and branding experience, and if you have design skills that would be a bonus - but not essential.

Your first task would be to help me think of a name for my new company, and come up with a logo and look & feel for the company and it's website.

I can't afford to pay anything at this point but I'd definately be willing to give up part of my company to the right person in exchange for their part-time assistance.

If you've not already sourced someone to help you, I would be happy to assist you! I work in marketing and design, am half way through a marketing Masters focussing on branding, and about to set up my own business doing design and marketing consulting, based in Brisbane Australia. (Although I spent a number of years working in Tokyo doing editing/design and as a business coach for entreprenuers, with a marketing focus. I am looking for initial work (paid or otherwise) to build up a portfolio, so if you still require help with your business branding set-up, let me know.
