Hi,We've recently implemented PayPal payments into our e-comm site, alongside secure trading. However, we're having a real problem with paypal activity and both Google Analytics AND affiliate tracking. Basically, the payment is taken on the PayPal side and once processing of a payment has completed there is a 10 second delay before any information is passed back to our site - most web users leave a page well before then so often the information isn't being passed back to us resulting in our site conversion in GA being wrong and more importantly, our affiliates aren't getting their full commission. Which is making them quite quite angry. Has anyone else had this issue or have any solution maybe? Many, may thanks in advance,Justine

This can certainly be done but naturally it also depends on how your existing system handles payments. It may be easier to have a chat on the phone about this so feel free to call me on 07712 255 379 to discuss in detail. But just to give you an idea of how this could work... you just need to write some information before the payment and some after... that's the general idea.

You can now accept PayPal transactions through your SecureTrading account. Transactions are processed by SecureTrading, this may help remove the problem you are facing, integration is easy plus all your transactions will appear in My-ST making it easier to manage.
