I have started writing press releases and submitting them online using services like www.freepressreleases.co.uk. Has anyone tried this approach and how are the results that you are getting?
I know this one goes straight into Google News as I can see my posts in it but is there anything else I should try?

www.pressbox.co.uk
I use them regularly for my own www.veryyummy.com article distribution. There are more but they are fee paying to launch an article.

I have not tried those ones, but I have tried clickpress who seem to be quite good.
