we've had a lot of success building product demo and press kit CD-Roms for a few of our clients. It's a great balance of technical and creative work, and we always end up with very happy clients and the occasional customer testimonial.
I'm having a very hard time documenting a clear ROI with these projects though. We're usually building a take away for someone at a tradeshow, and with out more research experience I'm having a hard time getting much out of my clients beyond "loved the demo" and "people really responded".
Has anyone seen any real numbers out there of what a good piece of interactive marketing can do vs. a traditional brochure approach?
