You will have a very well balanced brain. On the right side you will be working amongst some of the best digital creatives in London and you will need to inspire, manage, understand and above all get the best from them. On the left side of the brain you will have a natural attention to process and detail, making sure all your projects run smoothly and all your clients are happy.
At the most basic level you will need to demonstrate you can take a digital creative project, possibly running over multiple media and run it from start to finish.
Hopefully you will shortly develop into someone who can take full control over managing and developing our larger projects. But in the meantime you don’t mind getting your hands dirty.
You probably have 2 to 4 years experience in a digital, advertising or media production agency. You have a knowledge of, and a thirst for, working with high-profile brands and the ability to enter into informed debate about their marketing issues.
What’s in it for you? Cross-media award winning creative work that you can be proud of, and the opportunity to work with a collection of very creative, intelligent and experienced people getting on with it.

Does it help if I know the bosses girl friend?

I would say that supporting a football team, at least in the premiership, would be of more help than your relationship with the bosses girlfriend. Which by the way, i'm interested to know, just how well do you know the bosses girlfriend?

We are in the play offs boyo so watch this space!
My knowledge of the bosses girlfriend is based on purely platonic research methodologies and I'd in no way like to imply otherwise (because I could easily guess the outcome of a fight between my good self and the lady in question).
I'm leaving Tribal at the end of next week. I hope the boss and his lady friend will be available for a swift pint probably on the Thursday night?
