Dear All
A client of mine is looking for a *reliable* company to supply, install and support their new office server.
The current server supports a small ( < 20 people) mixed network of Macs and PC's and is Windows based. It needs replacing as it's reached the end of its useful life. They also require same day support for the server, preferably with a < 4 hour response time. Obviously the response doesn't need to be on-site if the problem can be fixed remotely, or talked through over the phone.
I’ve suggested switching to Linux but at the moment they intend to stick with Windows. However I'd still be very interested in hearing from/recommendations for Linux focussed companies. I'm hopeful that some eloquent advocacy from them could be more successful in persuading them to switch than my attempts so far.
If this sounds like your company or you know someone who can help please let me know.

We use a company called Blue Sky (www.bluesky.co.uk). They run our internal network, as well as providing hosting services for us. They're also pretty experienced with Linux. They're based in the Old Street area in London; I don't know where your client is, but if they're nearby it might be a good solution.
