Has anyone got any good experiences of reward models. What I mean with that is a model where the individual developer/designer has specific goals (project specific or general) and then get rewarded if he/she meets those goals (or exceeds them). It is easy to offer sales people a commission but it is harder with criteria for developers and designers.
