I have just set up a Search Engine Submission Site called firstsitesubmission (http://www.firstsitesubmission.com), I'm looking for some feedback and people to critic the site.
Also looking to market this site in a number of places but my budget is very small.

Humm, well to be completely honest with you I think this tool is wholly unnecessary and wrong in every sense. I see no point in using it at all.
1/ Can you auto submit to google? I am sure that contravenes their acceptable use policy so that is illegal.
2/ Do not waste any more money on failed marketing and advertising. We offer the best solution to drive your website into the search engines. We can submit your site once a month so be sure to select the package the is right for you.
Clearly you do not! multiple submitting to many of the directories and search engines you have listed will get a site blacklisted and they will have no chance of appearing.
3/ You do not need to submit your site to google with the correct linking, just in case you missed it this link might help. http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=34397
4/ In my book there are only two that you list that are any use to anyone.
5/ Why would you pay $299 to Yahoo when you can get listed in their directory by submitting to Google??
This is completely wrong. You can submit your site for free to yahoo index, they only charge for submission to the directory and submitting to google will not get you inclusion on the directory but maybe the index.
I am sure that there are many people old enough and wise enough to remember auto submission tools, there is a very good reasons' why you should not use them, 8 years ago this may have been a good tool, now it is useless.
Sorry to be blunt, just my nature but put your time and effort into something else and stop misleading people.
Other than that, good luck with your venture.
