Online Marketing at Anon.
12 May 2009 14:06pm
Hello,
Does anyone have any examples of good shopping cart abandonment emails? Not necessarily a case study with all the stats, but just something you've received that you thought did a good job would be great.
I'm thinking about testing it but looking for some inspiration on how to take a subtle approach.
Does anyone have any experiences of doing this themselves?
Thanks for any advice you can offer

Hi Simon,
We have some examples that should be of interest to you including subtle approaches. Please drop me your email address to and I'll pop them over. In the meantime we've a white paper about shopping cart abandonment available for download here: http://www.cheetahmail.com/corp/global/uk/resource_wp.html.
